The estate covers an area of 200 hectares of land, 12 of which are covered by olive groves and pine trees and in which guests can freely make healthy walks and observe the local flora and fauna.

On the ground floor is the living room, with pool table, a professional kitchen (8 ring stoves and 2 ovens) with an adjoining large dining room that can accommodate up to 70 people or more making it ideal for organizing ceremonies of various kinds including weddings, in this regard a magnificent, 100 m2 large outdoor terrace with a splendid view provides the perfect backdrop for romantic occasions.

The accommodation is offered in twelve cozy and spacious bedrooms each with own bathroom, some of which have TV set and own balcony or yard.

All essential services (food shops, bars, restaurants, bank, tennis-court, etc.) can be found in the charming mediaeval town of Radicondoli which is just 3 km/5 minutes’ drive from the villa. The larger town with all kinds of services is Colle Val d’Elsa at approx. 27 km, San Gimignano 35 km, Siena 40 km, Florence 75, Pisa 95 km, whist the beaches of the Tuscan coast are within easy reach, at less than an hour’s car journey away.
